Data Protection
Your data is stored in our databases and backups for as long as you are an active user of our services.
If you delete your user account, your personal data will be anonymized and deleted as well as any data related to your use of the app.
This process is completed within 30 days after deletion, as we offer the possibility to request restore if you change your mind during this period.
Passwords and other confidential information are always encrypted in our database. Our employees cannot read or decrypt this information.
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. All stored data is used exclusively to provide the functionality of the ZMART ID app.
Data Storage and Privacy
Your data is stored within the European Union and securely hosted by our provider Cloud Servers.
ZmartID ApS has full control and responsibility for the servers used, including ensuring that sensitive data is encrypted and regularly backed up.
Our hosting provider does not have access to our data.
The data that we store is:
- Name, e-mail, address (which you enter in the app when maintaining your account)
- Device identifiers and session tokens used for security and authentication
- Access log for errorhandling in our backend servers
- Push notification tokens used to deliver alerts via Google Firebase (FCM)
- App related content such as registered items, messages and images
Deletion of data
You can delete your account at any time. This can be done from within the app under your profile. If you cannot access the app, please send an email to our support team and they will delete it for you. All your data will be cleared within 30 days from account deletion, including any items, messages and images.
